Jesscia's grandparents owned different family beach houses throughout her childhood and the focus was always on getting away to enjoy spending time with family and friends.  These fond and everlasting memories established Jessica's love for spending time at the beach.  It is a place to relax and recharge while enjoying time outdoors.

Over time Brian and Jessica found they shared a passion for home renovation projects because it allowed Jessica to be creative and transform space into something that is visually appealing, comfortable, and maximize its functionality.  For Brian, he enjoys working with his hands and seeing something transform.

Couple this with how much Brian and Jessica enjoy spending time outdoors they realize the climate in New Jersey is very limiting.  So they started to explore Southern areas that could provide close to the beach, experiences to share with family, and a variety of places to discover, eat, shop, and explore as a family.
